There are many agencies and groups at the local, state, and federal level which provide a wide array of economic development services to business and industry. Some programs are used by local businesses with some degree of frequency; while others are used only on rare occasions.  The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) is the primary agency providing economic development resources at the state level.
