Positive ID Required
PA Notary Public Law requires acceptable IDs to contain the following elements:
Current, government-issued identification card WITH Serial or Identification Number AND at least one of the following: photograph, physical description, signature.
The Commonwealth permits notaries public to charge the following fees for these seven official acts:
